Proposed amendment could hit family photos
On Thursday, New Mexico’s Supreme Court let stand an appeals court ruling in favor of Santa Fe artist Mark Rendleman and his daughter, who are facing sexual exploitation charges for taking photos of three nude children. The state’s hysterical Attorney General Patricia Madrid is now calling for a constitutional amendment that some say would make a criminal of every mother who’s ever taken a pic of her toddler in the bathtub.
