Leaked memo may hurt case against Jackson
A confidential memo prepared by an L.A. County child welfare official shortly after Michael Jackson’s arrest last month seriously undermines the prosecution’s contention that Jackson sexually molested a 13-year-old boy. According to the one-page document, both the boy and his family denied there had been any sexual contact.
