Apology to end assault charge in hickey case
A 13-year-old Texas boy charged with assault for allegedly giving a female classmate a hickey is one public apology away from getting the case dismissed. “I understand why they want me to apologize,” said the boy, “but I think it’s kind of messed up that I have to read it out loud in front of my second-period class.”
