Lawsuit: Actor’s dog bit writer’s penis
Hollywood screenwriter Michael Kerner claims he suffered “deep lacerations, nerve damage, loss of physical sensation, psychological harm and mental distress” when a 170 lb. mastiff owned by action star Vin Diesel lunged at him and clamped down on his crotch. Kerner received “three stitches in his penis and two in his scrotum.” He’s suing for $8 million.
