Doc acquitted on boobie kissing charge
After a bizarre trial, an Upper East Side cardiologist was acquitted of opening a patient’s hospital gown and kissing each of her breasts after a medical test in his office. The woman, who had been referred to Dr. Benjamin Zola for fainting episodes, claimed she could not possibly have invited that special attention because she was a lesbian.
