Fired prison guard a winner in nude photo flap
A Maryland judge has ruled that prison guard Marcie Betts, who was fired after her bosses discovered nude photos of her on the Internet and in a magazine, must be rehired and given back pay. Prison officials had argued inmates would be hard to control if they viewed 22-year-old Betts as a sex object after seeing her naked pics.
