7-year-old boy on trial for molestation
A 7-year-old boy who was accused along with a 15-year-old neighbor of molesting a 5-year-old girl will go on trial next week. His attorney, Larry Goodman, calls the charge “preposterous” and has sought to have the case dismissed. “He doesn’t even know what a sex act is,” said Goodman, who likened the case to children playing doctor.
