Frey sues to stop nude pic sale
Amber Frey, the woman who admitted having an affair with accused killer Scott Peterson, filed a federal lawsuit Monday to stop attempts to sell nude photos of her. Frey claims David Hans Schmidt illegally obtained the photos, taken in 1999, when she was trying to start a modeling career.
